Energy, Immune, weight loss, sleep, and cleansing. I've creating my own juice cleanse and I love it! It's important to flush your body from toxins every once in a while.
Day one is a Green Juice to get some vitamins and antioxidants in your body.
Day two is a Colon Detox:
Day three is Liver and Kidney Detox:
Day four is Red Detox:
Day five is a Immune Booster:
You'll have a 8 oz juice every 2 or 3 hours as your hunger strikes. If you still need an extra something in your belly try, nuts, an avocado or a banana. You'll feel great and have more energy! I like to repeat every 3-4 months so my body is able to preform at it's best and I can avoid getting sick as much as possible.
